IMPORTANT NOTE: The present terms and conditions are mandatory. Please read them carefully to be able to fulfill them.

The rights granted to the Consumer 1) by Law no. 449/2003 regarding the sale of products and the guarantees associated with them are not affected by the guarantees offered.

The SC PREMIUM INTERCOM SRL professional with its headquarters in Bucharest, Sector 2, 14 Alexandru cel Bun Street, Tel: 0722192326, e-mail: office@lasardo.com, certifies the quality of the purchased product, according to the declared characteristic elements and according to the model presented on the website www.lasardo.com.

The quality of products made of precious base metal is certified by a mark inscribed or approved by the National Authority for Consumer Protection. Although the product was not designed and built for a certain average duration of use, the Seller declares that it can maintain its functionality for a long time if the present terms and conditions are met.

In addition to the warranty established by law, the Seller grants a general commercial warranty of 30 days from the date of purchase of the product. The seller grants a special commercial guarantee of 90 days from the date of purchase of the product for the first adjustment of the deviation of the mechanism of a watch, for the first change of the watch's battery, as well as its free transport to the authorized service and return.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The Lasardo Gioielli guarantee is offered for a period of 24 months from the moment of placing the order and attests to the fact that the product is made of 925 silver marked and checked by ANPC or other materials specified in the product guarantee certificate, which is present in each package.

If a product has a defect and you believe it is covered by the warranty, send a request to the email address office@lasardo.com , in which both an image and a description as clear as possible with the manner and/or place where the defect occurred must be attached.

guarantee NOT covers improper handling, breaks, deformations, theft, accidents, suffering from changes in color and shape after subjecting the jewelry to toxic substances, make-up, sulfur water, household activities, humidity, scratches, misuse or any other form of destruction, etc.

All Lasardo Gioielli jewelry has been individually checked before being put up for sale.

OTHER ASPECTS:

  1. 1. All repair requests will be subject to inspection and expertise by Lasardo Gioielli experts, before they are processed, to determine if the repair is covered by the commercial warranty or if additional payment is required. This can help avoid situations where a customer may have unrealistic expectations of fixing or understanding the cause of the problem. It is important to request additional information through your chosen method of communication, such as email, to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to resolve the issue effectively.
  2. If the repair department finds that it is not a factory defect but the result of improper use, the customer will be notified by email, in which a conclusion of the entire procedure will be made.
  3. If it is found that the product of the customer who requested the warranty repair is not due to any manufacturing defect and the customer does not want to repair the product against cost, the cost of its transport will be borne by the customer, paying the 16 lei fee in return.
  4. We do not have the necessary equipment for gluing, welding, shrinking and enlarging products. For the repair of products whose damage is not included in the Lasardo Gioielli commercial guarantee, we offer the possibility of cost-repair, at the jeweler, a procedure that lasts a maximum of 15 days.
  5. If the customer notices possible factory defects such as the lack of jewelry stones, weakened hinges, defective fasteners, etc., he is asked to report this aspect in within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Notification is made by email to the address: office@lasardo.com, where images will be sent as explicitly as possible. If it is found that the product has manufacturing defects, it will be exchanged for another identical one, or if there are no more products available in stock, the equivalent amount of the product will be refunded. The product must be intact, with the label attached.
  6. If the product reaches the customer, he starts wearing it and it changes its color, texture, shape, it cannot be replaced with a new product.
  7. In case of replacement, we do not guarantee that the same model will be delivered. If the same model is not available, a similar model with an equivalent value will be delivered.
  8. Refunds cannot be requested for products that have suffered tears, deformations, theft, accidents, changes in color and shape after subjecting the jewelry to toxic substances, make-up, sulfur water, household activities, moisture, scratches, excessive wear, misuse or any other form of destruction, etc., even if they fall within the 24-month warranty.

  1. Lasardo Gioielli offers its customers maintenance and repairs for life, for the jewelry purchased from our website;
  2. Although the jewelry stones are not covered by the guarantee, we still have spare stones for our customers for the majority of our models, so if you happened to run out of any, all you have to do is let us know at the email address office@lasardo .com and we will send them to you for free! The only cost borne by you will be the one for transport (16 lei).
  3. Have you purchased a rose gold or gold-plated piece of jewelry and it has lost its intensity / changed its color? No problem! Let us know by email that you want it to look like new, and we'll do it for you, free of charge! The only cost borne by you will be the one for transport (16 lei)

No warranty covers product defects caused by impermissible actions/inactions such as: sports, professional, domestic activities; Transport; manipulation; exploitation; commissioning; behavior; preservation; storage; cleaning, maintenance and repair not authorized by the service; non-fulfillment of the present terms and conditions; exposure of the product to wear or aging, to contact with destructive environments that prematurely wear out the product, such as: dust, smoke, fire, steam, acid rain, chemical substances such as: caustic substances, solvents, bleaches, petroleum products, adhesives, acids, salts, cosmetics or cleaning products, chlorine or substances containing chlorine, including water containing them; placing the mechanisms at temperature variations outside the temperature range in which they can function normally (5°C - 35°C); setting the clock date in the time interval 09.00 pm ÷ 02.00 am in which it is possible to damage the mechanism; keeping the battery in a worn condition inside the watch and not requesting its change by the authorized service when the first signs of abnormal operation appear; the abnormal functioning of the mechanisms/component parts of the products due to the lack of maintenance following some impermissible actions/inactions; replacement of components and accessories not authorized by the service

Such actions/inactions can produce functional and/or structural deficiencies of the product, in terms of appearance, texture, such as: abrasions, impregnations, deformations, breaks, detachments, pores, cracks, scratches, corrosion, discoloration, etc.

The normal use of products containing natural leather elements gives the natural leather a specific, unique natural patina.

The paint of the leather elements can impregnate other objects or vice versa, and this effect is not reversible.

We do not recommend pre-treatment or cleaning of the leather/textile elements because their appearance/texture will change. If the Buyer undertakes such unauthorized actions, we recommend testing them on a less visible surface of the product.

To clean the products, you can use a soft and slightly moistened textile material. Products with textile faces can be cleaned of dust with a not too rough brush (clothes brush), clean and dry.

In case of accidental contact of any product with substances that can cause defects, it should only be lightly dabbed with a soft textile material.

In the case of silver jewelry, we make the following clarifications:

1. PRECAUTIONS AND USEFUL INFORMATION:

  1. We recommend you to protect the jewelry from shocks, to gently open bracelets, earrings, necklaces, chains, etc.
  2. The jewelry must be taken off before taking a bath, washing the dishes or before other similar activities in which the jewelry would come into contact with water, detergents, cosmetic and chemical products, in order to avoid ungluing the parts (precious and semi-precious stones, crystals of zirconium, rhinestones) and the wear of parts that contain natural leather or other materials!
  3. Jewelry that contains rubber parts loses its elasticity if it comes into contact with cosmetic spays or any other petrochemical products.
  4. Materials of organic nature, pearls, corals, shells, mother-of-pearl are sensitive to cosmetic and petrochemical products.
  5. Jewelry will not be worn while sleeping, to avoid damage.
  6. The jewelry must be taken off before working with various chemicals, in order not to change its color and not to damage the surface layer.
  7. Jewelry will not be worn during contact physical activities or that result in profuse sweating, in order to avoid scratching the surface, ungluing the parts or removing the surface layer of the jewelry.
  8. To take care of the jewelry and preserve its shine, we recommend you to use a soft cloth, special for cleaning them and in no case use solvents or chemical substances. Also, do not use perfumes or fixing spray in the vicinity of jewelry.

2. GUARANTEE CLAUSES AND CONDITIONS:

The certificate accompanying your jewelry guarantees that the product is made of 925% silver or stainless steel and does not change its properties in the case of its proper use for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase . The sold silver jewelry is checked and certified, has a purity of 92.5% and bears the mark of the ANPC - Metals and Precious Stones department, which guarantees the quality of the precious metal used, as well as the mark of responsibility of the Italian supplier.

The commercial guarantee of the jewelry is 30 days.

For jewelry models provided with stones (rhinestones, zircons, precious and semi-precious stones), in the event of their falling, the manufacturer or, as the case may be, the seller will replace the fallen stones, within a period of 15 days. If this period cannot be respected for reasons independent of the Seller, such as the lack of products or spare parts, the term is supplemented by the period necessary to remedy the defect, with the written consent of the Buyer.

All our silver jewelry is rhodium-plated, nickel-free and complies with the European standards in force. Also, the jewels have applied the 925 title mark, along with the supplier's responsibility mark from Italy and the state mark for sale on the territory of Romania.

According to law 449/2003 republished, art. 11 paragraph 2, the buyer cannot ask for the replacement of the jewel due to the falling of the stones.

This guarantee NOT includes the damage caused to the jewelry due to non-compliance with the indications from point 1 (precautions and useful information), accidents, negligence, its improper use or other factors not related to material or workmanship defects. Any repair to the products within the warranty period will be carried out free of charge or will be replaced under the conditions of OG no. 21/1992 revised, if it is confirmed that a material or workmanship defect was the cause of such damage, rather than improper use of the jewelry by the buyer

According to OG 21/1992, the guarantee consists in the free remedy of defects that appear in the products within the guarantee period and which are not imputable to the consumer.

According to the same ordinance, the seller is obliged, at the consumer's request, to replace the product or refund its value, no more in case the time of non-use of the product, due to deficiencies occurring within the warranty period, exceeds 10% of this period. The refund or replacement of the product is done no more after finding the impossibility of using it and no more if this situation is not attributable to the buyer.

Service repairs for cases not covered by this warranty will be billed to the buyer.

Consumer rights are in accordance with OG no. 21/1992 republished and LAW no. 449/2003 republished as well as other subsequent changes. The consumer's rights are not affected by the warranty conditions provided in this Warranty Certificate.

In order to keep the water-tightness (water-resistance) of the watch equipped with a screw-in winder, it is necessary to proceed according to the following indications:

Before setting the watch with the winder, check whether the winder is standard type or screw-in type. The check is done as follows: in the position where the winder is glued to the case, turn it counterclockwise. If the winder does not move away from the case after turning, it means that it is a standard winder. If it separates from the case after turning (unthreads), it means that it is a screw-in winder.
Continue scrolling through the complete winder. Be careful not to force or jerk the winder. When the winder has been completely unwound, gently pull it to the outer position on the desired step for setting, after which you must return it to the initial position by fully threading it, i.e. until it is completely stuck to the case, without force.

The deviations of Quartz watches with battery can be between ±15/20 seconds per month, and the deviations of automatic/mechanical watches can be between ±10/30 seconds per day.


General characteristics of Hours - mode of operation and setting

Automatic watches are kept in working condition by the movement of a semicircular rotor, installed on the back of the mechanism, its rotation being determined by the natural movements of the wearer's wrist. After it is removed from the hand, the watch should work for about 2 days (varying according to the caliber of the mechanism). If the mechanism stops, it is recommended that it be loaded manually, by turning the winder clockwise (from left to right) until a slight resistance is felt. Some models of automatic mechanisms do not allow reloading from the winder; in their case, keep the watch in a horizontal position, with the face up, and make a few circular movements - these will move the rotor, which in turn will charge the watch.

Mechanical watches are kept in working condition by turning the winder until a slight resistance is felt, when it is in the normal position, glued to the case. It is recommended that the mechanical clock be turned back regularly, once a day.

The accuracy of the mechanical and automatic clock is ±10/30 seconds per day.

Quartz watches are powered by a battery, and their very good accuracy - on average ±15/20 seconds per month - is ensured by the quartz oscillator, the integrated circuit and the stepper motor, its three main components. In the event that the watch battery runs out, it is recommended that it be replaced as soon as possible, in order to avoid its leakage and, therefore, the failure of the mechanism. This operation must be performed only in an authorized service center. Some quartz watches are equipped with the EOL (end-of-life) function that warns the wearer that the battery is about to run out. When this function is activated, the secondary starts to move at intervals of 2 seconds (or more, depending on the model of the mechanism), thus announcing that the watch will only work for a short period of time and, simultaneously, saving the little remaining energy . During the period when the secondary moves at intervals of 2 seconds, the time counting is still done correctly inside the integrated circuit, the indicators on the dial showing the time accordingly.

The energy required for watches with a kinetic mechanism to operate is generated by a rotor, just like in the case of the automatic mechanism. The difference would be that the kinetic energy generated by the rotor is transformed into electrical energy and then stored in a rechargeable battery. The kinetic mechanism combines the technology of the automatic watch with that of the quartz watch, obtaining a watch with mechanical power, but with the accuracy of a quartz watch. The energy reserve of a clock with a kinetic mechanism can reach several months, even up to several years.

Before making any settings using the winder, check if the watch is equipped with a standard or screw-in winder. The check is done as follows: in the position where the winder is glued to the case, turn it counterclockwise. If the winder does not move away from the case after turning, it means that it is a standard winder. Drag it gently towards the outer positions to make the necessary settings. If when you turn the winder counterclockwise, you notice that it is unthreaded, continue until it is completely unthreaded. The whole operation must be carried out with great care and without forcing or suddenly the winder. When the winder has been completely unwound, pull it to the outer positions to make the necessary settings. In the case of a screw-in winder, it is crucial that, after making the settings, you screw it in completely, until it is glued to the case. Otherwise, there is a risk of compromising the watch's water resistance.

Setting the clock in case of winder with two positions:

1: operating position (closest to the housing)
2: position for setting the time (extreme position - furthest from the case)

The time is set as follows:
- carefully pull the winder to the extreme position (2);
rotate the winder clockwise until the indicators (hour and minute hand) indicate the desired time;
- press the winder back into the operating position (1).

Clock setting in case of winder with three positions:

1: operating position (closest to the housing)
2: the position for setting the date (and the day of the week - depending on the model) (intermediate position)
3: position for setting the time (extreme position - furthest from the case)

The time is set as follows:
- carefully pull the winder to the extreme position (3);
- rotate the winder clockwise until the indicators (hour and minute hand) indicate the desired time;
- press the winder back into the operating position (1).

The date is set as follows:
- carefully pull the winder to the intermediate position (2);
- rotate the winder in the correct direction until the desired date is displayed;
- press the winder back into the operating position (1).
Attention: it is not recommended to change the date between 09:00 pm and 02:00 am, as it is possible that the date will not be set correctly the next day and, also, the mechanism may be damaged.

* For watch models that display both the date and the day of the week, setting the date is done by turning the winder (pulled to position 2) clockwise, and setting the day is done by turning the winder counterclockwise.

Watches with chronograph function

These types of watches can be easily recognized by the three counters (subdials) on which we find time measurement units*. These units differ depending on the caliber of the mechanism - they can be hours, minutes, seconds, tenths of a second, hundredths of a second, etc.

The way it works is as follows:
Button A: starts the chronograph
Button A: stops the chronograph
Button B: resets the chronograph

Note: operation of the chronograph is possible only when the winder is in position 1 (glued to the case).
* Not to be confused with multifunctional watches, which also have three counters, but which cannot measure time intervals at the user's command, but only display elements such as the day of the week, the time in 24-hour format, the date, the phases of the Moon, And so on

The buyer can prevent the occurrence of product deficiencies by performing current maintenance under conditions authorized by the authorized service, and in case the deficiencies have appeared, by findings and remedies authorized by the service unit.

In order to benefit from any legal guarantee and to be able to enjoy the long-term use of the product, the Buyer must ensure the fulfillment of the present terms and conditions, as follows:

The buyer can benefit from the warranty only if he claims within the warranty period a real deficiency of the product, not caused by unauthorized actions/inactions (and therefore not covered by the warranty).

The Buyer will deliver to the Seller the claimed product and the accompanying invoice directly or by means of a courier service or by post of his free choice.

1) In the case of sending the product via a transport service (courier or post), The buyer must enter the following mandatory information on the product transport document:

  • Sender: Name and Surname Buyer;
  • Recipient: SC PREMIUM INTERCOM SRL – Str Drumul Potcoavei no 56 bis, Pipera Voluntari, Ilfov county
  • The number and date of the product purchase invoice.

If the authorized service finds that the claimed deficiency is not covered by the warranty, The Buyer has the obligation to bear the cost of transporting the product and its accompanying documents to the Seller and return to the Buyer, each in the amount of 12 lei.

The repair cost can be accepted by the Buyer only in writing, to the e-mail address office@lasardo.com

Full payment by the Buyer, in advance, of all these costs is the necessary condition for the Professional to be able to return the product to him.

A product deficiency is rectified free of charge in all cases where the Buyer claims it within the product warranty period and the authorized service finds that the claimed deficiency exists and is not caused by unauthorized actions/inactions (and therefore not covered by the warranty). The Seller has the obligation to remedy any non-conformity of the product within 15 calendar days of becoming aware of it, within the legal warranty period and without significant inconvenience for the Buyer. The lack of necessary materials for remediation at the international supplier of the product cannot constitute a significant inconvenience.

The buyer has the right to request first of all the measure to repair the product, or the measure to replace the product, in each case without payment, with the exception of the situation when the measure is impossible or disproportionate to another legal measure. The measure to repair the product is impossible even when spare parts for repair cannot be provided. The product replacement measure is disproportionate to the repair measure if the replacement cost is disproportionate to the repair cost.

If he does not benefit from either the repair or the replacement of the product, if the remedial measure was not taken within a reasonable period of time, or if the remedial measure was not taken within 15 calendar days in the case of the non-conformity of the product, the Buyer can request a corresponding reduction in the price of the product or can request the termination of the contract. In order not to be disproportionate to another legal measure, the measure of the corresponding price reduction will not be able to exceed the lowest cost of any of them.

The buyer is not entitled to request the termination of the contract if the lack of compliance is minor, because this measure would be disproportionate in relation to other legal measures. The buyer is not entitled to request the termination of the contract if this measure is impossible.

The buyer has the obligation to pay the counter value of the product storage service starting from the 15th day calculated from the date of online posting of the costs in the minutes. Until the full payment of these obligations, the Buyer owes the Seller a storage cost of 5 lei for every 24 hours of product storage. The product may be retained as a guarantee and may become the property of the Seller without further formalities from the moment these obligations exceed the value of the product.

NOTE:

1) A Consumer who does not identify with the Buyer can benefit from the guarantee only if he assumes the opposition of the present terms and conditions.

2) With the exception of subjecting the watch sealing mechanisms to temperature variations outside the allowed range (5°C ÷ 35°C).
