Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver Product(s) to the delivery address you have requested in your Order within the time set out in our second confirmatory email but we cannot give an exact or guaranteed delivery date.

If we have not delivered the Product(s) to you within 30 (thirty) days of the date of the Contract, or any other date that we may agree with you, then you may cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you.

 Legal title to the product purchased will pass to you upon shipment of your order. Risk in the product will remain with Lasardo Gioielli until it is delivered to you at the address specified when you placed the order.

Each delivered product will present the following "mandatory features": it will have all the characteristic elements in accordance with those of the model presented on the website and will be originally labeled, packed and sealed.

The product purchase invoice will be sent both in the parcel, accompanied by the warranty certificate for each product, and in the customer's account, from where it can be downloaded at any time.

 The recipient of the package has the right not to accept it if he notices signs of damage and/or violation of it (unsealed package, deformed package, broken package, wet package or with traces of moisture, etc.)

All mentions regarding possible problems regarding the integrity of the parcels will be made in writing to office@lasardo.com, in the presence of the agent of the carrier company, or will be made on a statement of findings that will be concluded together with this agent. Only in such cases can the receipt and payment of the package be refused. Any subsequent complaints regarding such aspects will not be taken into account.

Within 24 hours from the moment of delivery of the product, the User undertakes to notify the Seller in writing, at the email address office@lasardo.com, of the absence of any "mandatory feature", as mentioned above. The lack of this notification represents the Buyer's firm agreement that the product was delivered with all the "mandatory features" present.
