The idea of We Positive bracelets was born from an accident, although nothing is accidental.

Delivery of products
After confirming the order, the products will be shipped in a maximum of 48 hours or two working days. Their delivery can take between 3-10 working days, depending on the recipient's location.

Return and refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, we are here to help you.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt
order, so that you can return a product. In order for it to be accepted for return, you must send it in the same conditions in which you received it: new, with the label, unworn, in the original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and the warranty certificate, both in original.
Earrings are part of the category of products that, for reasons related to hygiene, can only be returned within 24 hours from the date on which the customer came into possession of them.
Refunds
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you
immediately on the status of the refund. If the return is approved, you will receive your money back within a few days, depending on the policies of your card issuing bank.
Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable.
Free Returns are available in the next situations:
1. If we send a different product than the one ordered;
2. If we send a different size than the one ordered;
3. If the product does not conform to the description on the website or has manufacturing defects that can only be detected at the time of wearing;

A tennis bracelet should be wide enough that it can move freely, but not so wide that it can slide down your hand. The general rule is that when you can fit a finger between the bracelet and your wrist, it fits perfectly. It is usually worn on the left wrist, as most people are right-handed, which means the bracelet is subject to less wear and tear. The best way to measure is by wrapping a measuring tape around your wrist (this can also be done with string or ribbon and measured by a ruler.)

For necklaces , please take into account that they are not too tight so as not to break and you can avoid this by measuring the neck circumference correctly.
Watches do not need too many measurements, but check the size of the dial so that it is not disproportionate in relation to the wrist. All metal watch straps can be adjusted.
Jewelry and watches must be removed before going to bed, before taking a bath, washing the dishes or before other similar activities in which the jewelry would come into contact with water, detergents, cosmetic and chemical products, to avoid parts coming off ( precious and semi-precious stones, pearls, zirconium crystals,) and the wear of parts containing natural leather or other materials!
Jewelry and watches will not be worn during physical contact activities or that result in profuse sweating, in order to avoid scratching or removing the surface layer or detaching the component parts.
