All our silver jewelry is rhodium-plated, nickel-free, and complies with current European standards. The jewelry also bears the 925 hallmark, along with the Italian supplier’s responsibility mark and the state mark for sale within Romania. Like gold, silver is too soft to be used on its own in jewelry production.

CUBIC ZIRCONIA stones have a hardness of 8.5 on the Mohs scale, and those used in our jewelry have the highest clarity grade, AAAAA.

Typically, jewelry is made from genuine silver (standard silver), an alloy consisting of 92.5% silver (925‰*, meaning 925 parts fine silver per 1000 parts alloy) and 7.5% copper (75 parts copper per 1000 parts alloy). Genuine silver is harder than pure silver and has a lower melting point. Alloying it with copper also gives the silver alloy increased durability.

Silver does not have a purity measurement similar to gold’s carat system, but jewelers consider 925 sterling silver to be the purest silver.

Silver jewelry can be plated with rhodium or gold for a shinier appearance.

- this process adds extra sparkle to the jewelry, which no longer requires periodic polishing or cleaning after treatment, as it takes on a lustrous, noble white-gold appearance;

- the jewelry will be more durable;

Delivery of products

After confirming the order, the products will be shipped in a maximum of 48 hours or two working days. Their delivery can take between 3-10 working days, depending on the recipient's location.

Return and refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, we are here to help you.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt
order, so that you can return a product. In order for it to be accepted for return, you must send it in the same conditions in which you received it: new, with the label, unworn, in the original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and the warranty certificate, both in original.

Earrings are part of the category of products that, for reasons related to hygiene, can only be returned within 24 hours from the date on which the customer came into possession of them.

Refunds

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you
immediately on the status of the refund. If the return is approved, you will receive your money back within a few days, depending on the policies of your card issuing bank.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable.

1. If we send a different product than the one ordered;

2. If we send a different size than the one ordered;
